Information to have ready

  • Full association name
  • Property or unit address
  • Homeowner name
  • Lender name, address, and loan number, if applicable
  • Closing or refinance deadline

Important: A certificate or evidence-of-insurance document summarizes coverage and does not amend, extend, or replace the association’s master policy. Unit owners should review their individual HO-6 coverage separately.
